Modeling Part 3

This is the third, and last  post about this job-Modeling. Next time, I will post about being a doctor, unless you guys make a wish, and I talk about that job. Not let's talk about the ups and downs in modeling.


Ups

+You travel to places you've never dreamed of seeing before
+You usually wear brands such as Valentino, Mark Jacobs, Prada, Chanel, Versace...
+You may work hard, but for a Tommy Hilfiger billboard, you get 80 000 dollars. Guess then price you get for a Guess billboard..
+If you by any chance are very lucky, you'll become a High Fashion Model, or even a supermodel. Again, if you're very, VERY lucky...

Downs

-You are not treated as a human, but as a skinny robot.
-Once a model said: "I don't see how my job is any different then what a stripper does!"
-You have no privacy.
-Unless you live in the city you work, you have: No food.
-No sleep.
-No real social life
-No where to stay. (I explained in previous posts where models live)
-Models that live in another city, don't see their families often.
-You have to take care of yourself 24/7.
-Most photographers: will just want you naked in their bed by the time the photo shot is done.
-Most photographers: Will beat you up if you say no.
-Modeling agencies don't care what happens to their models.
-People usually get lied about what modeling is by watching "Scouted".
-If not very strong, models go down mentally, and i mean:
-Drugs, smoking, killing their selves etc...









Well, i hope you liked it and I hope I didn't freak you out like myself, the first time I ready about these things. But this is the reality, and I have to give it to you...
